But COne would not tell me why they declined the hotel charge. They would do NOTHING to verify it, but they unblocked the account and told me to process it again. I double checked all the information with the hotel and told them to run it again. COne refused to process the transaction the second time. Worse, they won't unlock the account and don't accept my verification even though I answer all their stupid questions. Bottom line, they have NO appreciation for customers.
